Wet Friday

a wonderfull was in front of us with a cloudy sky but at least no rain. so we could have a small walking tour. check google maps we walked from 30 west street till ground zero after a short visit to this empty spot we decided. to take the free ferry to staten island instead of ellis island... this because the ferry to this island is for free with the same at the statue of liberty. we thought....but we are lucky as always. .just on the ferry the clouds and the rain decided to change our plans...and decided to block the view to the Statue with the Torch. what a shammmeeee. or maybe she was still in her night dress. in this case we understand it, we will give it a try later. after this small project we decided to do a lot of different things...but all of them didn't really work out, but the most important thing worked out adn that was FOOD. typical American a nice Hamburger and not even from those fastfood restaurants like Mc the King or Burger Donalds. with two full bellys ( because we can;t walk at just one ) we dicided to visit shortly the Brooklyn Bridge.. after getting lost in Subway..for hours. we came above the ground again when it was dark....ok we have to say the view in the night is also nice from the bridge. on the way back to our hotel we bought shortly a phone, that is one of the easiest things to buy here, especially if you want to call to Europe and travel around the USA. wooowww the time is running we need to stop this daily story because our minutes of internet are over and we are hungry again....so let we say....Goodmorning Europe
